Best of luck to you, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I haven't gotten my surgery yet so no advice, but I have had many other surgeries. Best thing is take deep breaths and relax. Happy Thoughts :D

Bring a heating pad and some gas x strips. Woohoo good luck. Finally the day is here. You'll do great.

You will do fine. The gas strips will be helpful, although I could not find any at the last minute. Congratulations!

It gets a bit "too real" while you wait, but keep your goals in mind. Despite the worry before surgery, once the ball starts rolling it's over before you know it and you're on the next step to recovery and the new you! Best of luck!

If you have nausea ask for the scope patch. That worked so well for me, the other 2 meds peregen and re???? Knocked me right out. Walk walk sip sip. And as bad as you may feel, you will be amazed how much better you felt in even 10 hrs more.

I'm right there with you...I just checked in to the surgery center and praying we all do well.

Very exciting! Good luck to you! Walk around as much as you can after surgery, moving around definitely helps. Be well!

Today is surgery day for me also!

Good luck to all having their procedures today!!!

Walk as soon as they let you and walk often. I walked went pee got pain meds and ice chips and did it all over again lol. Don't be afraid to ask for pain meds, first week is a little hard but it gets better fast. My husband was with me and great! The first 3 days I could not even wipe, my husband used tp and patted for me....Talk about love! LOL

I don't know if you are Christian or but I am praying for you. Good luck
