No...as far as "food" or "meds" go, the hospital will have everything you need.

Good luck!

When does your diet say to start drinking protein shakes?

I didn't take anything except my hygiene and clothes. The hospital will have everything you need. Just relax and take the ride of your life into your future. Let us know how you are doing. Enjoy

You will do fine. I'm scheduled for Friday and I have butterflies too. It's normal. Congratulations.

Don't need them! The hospital should have everything you need. I was on clear liquids for a week and a half. Remember to take it slow and drink small quantities like 15-20 ml every 15 minutes. It all adds up and will help keep you hydrated. Ask for liquid pain med like Roxicet for any post op pain at home. It helped me! Good luck to you!
