  5. I don't hit the scale often. Just got use to seeing a new number all the time. My surgery was easy and now I'm doing the real work. Every time someone says I took the easy way out hasn't paid attention to what hard work is about Just a little frustrated.
  6. I've stalled at 85lbs. My starting weight was 324. How can I kick start loosing again. I've been stuck for about two weeks. Please tell me this is normal. Just a little down.

  8. So glad I found this app. I had my sleeve done in April 2013. I have lost 85 pounds And this is the best thing I've ever done for myself. Two weeks after surgery I was inner tubing with my grandchildren. I've had no major problems at this time except for constipation. I'm working out now and feeling good. At 53 life is good again.
