I was sleeved June 3rd so I'm a little past 3 months but I wanted to share my pictures anyway. I started at 280 and I was 209 Sunday(my weigh day).

Congrats! Looks like you're doing a great job!!! I'm just shy of week to surgery and I'm looking for results like yours... Any advise?

Well I feel like I have done nothing it's just melted off but I do not eat anything with breading no fatty foods and no sugar at all that's all I have done. I have been quite sick with kidney stones and I also got a colon disease that put me in the hospital so there was sometimes that I just couldn't eat... I just had my gallbladder out yesterday so I'm kinda feeling like I can't eat again but I am making sure I'm drinking as much as possible...

This is so inspirational! I am 6 days out and having a rough hour-- first rough hour, so I know I'll be ok! I plan on avoiding all the sugar, fat and salt as well and hope it pays off! Thanks for sharing!
