A Fitbit is a cool device that you wear (mine is a bracelet). It tracks steps, distance and time, etc for exercise. You can track food, protein and water. Even how much and how well you are sleeping. I love mine!!

I don't understand how to add friends. It only goes through my contacts. Do I need to make new "contacts" for you guys and add you that way?

You just enter the email address where it says invite friends, send email. You find that under the friends tab.

Sent invited to everyone on here lol. I had only one friend and its obvious she's some sort of shut in or wears her fitbit every blue moon.
