Food didnt settle well

I've officially joined the puke club! First day tried soft foods. I have a greater appreciation for puréed foods now!

I had the same thing happen but it was with eggs that I have been eating while on my pureed diet. I had some turkey sausage which stayed down but those eggs decided that they did not want to say down and up they came. But since I have been having issues with this citrus thing I have not really ate any food other than some potatoes and yogurt.

That is your stomach/pouch retraining your eating habits. Mine regularly lets me know where the boundaries are and rewards "good" behavior. Best to take it slow and follow your Dr. & Nut's dietary instructions to avoid slimeing.
