Shh... dont tell my Italian Parents I didnt add bread... 1/2 pound ground chicken, 1/2 pound ground beef, 2 eggs, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons onion powder (or fresh diced onions) 1/2 cup refried beans or some sort of beans (I used refried) for softened texture (and to give my family something healthy since noone will eat beans voluntarily) salt, and 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese...mix all well,,,wet hands and roll into balls, place on parchment paper of pam sprayed pan, put in over at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
