I am unsure how far post op you are out.... ? Follow your manual or Dr's or ders. All of them are different. My Dr. said no caffeine. Only Decaff. You must get your water and protein. It gets easier to drink and eat. I am trying to keep from losing a lot of hair.

Try Stevia in your tea instead of splenda. If your drinking coffee is should be decaf and this will be good in that as well. Hang in there you will be able to eat more once you have healed more.

Gonna hit Walgreens for the stevia

If they don't have it the grocery stores definitely will. You can also get it in off brand names. It will be cheaper that way.
