hello new this forum....

My surgery was Wednesday 9/4 and today 9/7 I already lost 8lbs... is this normal or too fast

Welcome! Losing 8 pounds is a wonderful start! You will fluctuate from time to time or just totally stall. If you haven't done measurements do them now! When you aren't losing on the scale you are losing in inches. This is still weight loss and the scale will reflect it eventually. Congratulations on your surgery! :)
