left side ache

Starting yesterday, I've had this side ache. It's very dull but annoying. I'm one week out.

I had that at about one week out too. Then it radiated into my back on my left side. I was told there is sutures at the top of the stomach where they cut it and it is the pulling we feel. Not sure if that was it but mine went away after a few weeks. Feel Better!

Thanks

My doc puts in this surgical mesh over the largest incision to give it more support in the healing process. I had my 1 week post-op visit today and when I asked about the discomfort on my side they said it usually resolves itself in a few weeks. Hope yours does!
