I'm going to go to the gym and Celebrate by getting back on the treadmill tmrw (tmrw is one month post-op) I've only walked a little since surgery, I finally feel I have some strength back!!! Wish this girl some luck that I don't give out after 5 mins. My goal is one mile tmrw!! Baby steps.....

Good thing to remember, I need to keep the bottle with me on the treadmill!!!

I sweat so much just walking around outside, imaging on te tread mill may be what I need to kick back into this weight loss. I may go lift some dumbbells tonight for some brief excerise. I need to get my strength back up.
