weight loss varies greatly. I am 6 months out and have lost 63 pounds. I get frustrated when I see that someone has lost 100 pounds by their 6 month date. Sorry I don't have any advice for you. We just have to keep on keeping on and we will get there! good luck to you!!

Each person is different, be thankful for what you have lost.

40 is great...up your protein, water, and exercise ...and lower all else! Best of luck to you!
