What are you guys having for dinner? I'm trying to come up with some different meals.

Just made a delish dinner had 2 share...chicken rollatini....butterfly boneless skinless chick breast. Pound..seperate bowl ricotta cheese 1 egg parmesan cheese...add mixture to center of chicken and roll up...line baking dish with tomato sauce...add rollatini chicken..top chicken with more sauce...bake 400 degrees covered with foil for 30 mintes.top with mozzarella cheese bake another 10 minutes cover and enjoy...was soooo yummy..1 piece will last me probably 3 or 4 night lolol...family loved it too
