August weight loss and inches

OK so as of september 1st im 174 pounds. I lost 9 pounds in august and 7 inches. Grand total of 114 pounds and 94.4 inches(thats almost 8 feet!) I still have 16 pounds to goal. I really am thinking about going on a juicing fast diet.
