    Ok I need prayers!!!! My file was sent to insurance for approval (see how I won't even let the "D" word into my vocabulary) and it is in review!!!! I need prayers because my tentative surgery date depending on approval is OCTOBER 1st. Two short weeks away!!!! I have been in this process and jumping hoops for so long now.....but it's getting real now.....
