Have you ever tried a food...turned out okay felt good with no problems. Tried it again and it made u so sick?? Just happened to me. Not sure if I'm having an off day or it's the food I should avoid.

Yes! I find if I just wait a few days, I can try again. I am 2 1/2 months out and have only been able to tolerate lettuce just this last week. My rule of thumb is if it is good for me, and I liked it before I'll keep trying small amounts every once and a while. If it consistantly doesn't make me feel good down the road then I'll cut it out. Good luck!!!
