  1. Yes! I find if I just wait a few days, I can try again. I am 2 1/2 months out and have only been able to tolerate lettuce just this last week. My rule of thumb is if it is good for me, and I liked it before I'll keep trying small amounts every once and a while. If it consistantly doesn't make me feel good down the road then I'll cut it out. Good luck!!!
  2. Here's the typical answers, are you getting in your water? And are you tracking your protien/ calories? I am only 4 weeks out, but friends who have gotten it before me warned me to not judge everything by the scale. They say it goes back and forth between pounds and inches. Sometimes they see a change on the scale, other times it stays the same, but when they measure they can tell a difference with the inches measurements, even if it is just a few added up all over. Keep plugging along, it will come!
  3. Apple sauces, greek yogurts (try 100 calorie Yoplait) even baby foods.
  4. Good luck, and God Bless.
