Start to surgery...

I have my first visit with the nurse on 9/24. On the average how long does it take to get to the operating table from this first visit? I'm only asking for averages. I am self paying so, I don't have to do managed dieting. Would it be possible to shoot for the beginning of January 2014?

My first surgical consult was Aug. 1 and surgery was scheduled for Nov. 6 and I went through insurance. Good luck!!

I made the call on a Monday and booked my flight and was on the table 2 weeks later on a Friday.
