Yea im been off track for a while.. so hard getting back on track

Just keep on thinking of the price in the end.you came this far don't give up yet!!! theirs more glory coming your way we did the surgery for a reason not to go back to our old habits stay strong and get back in track starting tomorrow ;) promise yourself.

I have I notice I stop loosing pounds So far I lost 19 since my surgery but I notice my clothes is fitting big so the inches are melting away I just want the scale to go down frustrating but I'm not giving up.

I no after i had my surgery... I was swollen for amonth i didnt really lose until it went down
