Do you use this Protein?

Does anyone use this Protein? If so, do you know why does it say "Do not use for weight loss"???

It has 23 grams of protein and 5 grams of carbs. Some containers have 35grams of protein and 5 grams of carbs.....

Likely because it is not a "complete" meal replacement (like Optifast is). We mostly supplement with protein, it's not our entire 'Magilla'. Please check with other sources for the quality of the protein. AND I AM NO EXPERT. I do use Unjury, mostly because my NUT recommended it!

I think many on here like that drink.

I have 3 bottles of the chocolate version still in my fridge. Bought it at 2 weeks out and tried one. Could not finish it. It was way too thick for me and I did shake the heck out of it.

I use Unjury now and really like it but only have maybe 1 shake a week now.

I've used it. It's not my favorite, but it's OK. I agree with Arts137 - it's not a complete replacement, that's why we shouldn't use it for weight loss. As a supplement, it's OK. Just watch the carbs, as with anything.
