Clear liquid diet ?

So on the clear liquid diet where it says you can have gelatin, does that mean jello too? Or just gelatin? Confuses

sugar free jello & for me I got sugar free popsicles. God send for sure!!! I still eat them everyday!!!

I was so worried because there is a box at the store that is gelatin and its clear! So inch ought I messed up :/

I'm allowed to have sugar free jello as well. Its hard to believe there's no sugar. I also found chocolate icecream bars from carb smart at the grocery store! Delicious! For coffee I use nescafe instant and add sugar free hazelnut syrup to add flavor. I bought broths and sparkling water too. My liquid diet starts in a week. Best of luck to you.
