Protein shake recommendations

ISO recommendations on protein shakes. My doctor gave me a list. Just wondering what everyone finds to be the most filling and tasteful. Gluten free recommendations are greatly appreciated too!

SAMs carries MuscleTech (gluten and lactose free) it is 100% whey isolate. One scoop has:

30grams Protein

Less than 1 gram sugar

160 calories

100mg digestive enzymes

I add Fiber to help things along ;)

Can be made with Water (I've not tried, but hubby only makes it this way) or milk (which is how I drink it, I'm sure you could use lactaid if lactose is a problem).

We have it in Rich chocolate and it is awesome.

Hope this helps!

I get mine from www.mercola.com The whey is made from GMO free, antibiotic free, hormone free, free range grass fed beef. no artificial anything. If you are lactose intolerant, he also carries a vegetarian pea protein, but I have not tried it. I get the chocolate, but I think this time I am going to order the three pack that has strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. I've been told that Unjury has a good unflavored protein powder, but I haven't tried that one yet.

Chike "Very Vanilla" has been my favorite.
