there was a recent thread about family/spouses getting sleeved together

its amazing so many people go through this wonderful experience together :)

between the two of you - giving each other well needed support!!!! ;)

can't get much better than that

sending you both many many good thoughts :)

you are broaching on an amazing journey

there will be ups and downs, bumps in the road, but thats to be expected - its natural

you have a couple of weeks prior to WLS

you might find yourself getting anxious, nervous, excited

all normal emotions :)

take a deep breath, let it out - and WLS is over

then your new life begins

you will enjoy health, happiness and a longer life with the help of your new best friend the sleeve :)

good luck to you both :)

My husband and I got sleeved the same day and we were able to take care of each other just fine. Same days he had more energy, some days I had more, and when we were both exhausted, we made the 13-year old help us :P

I think it makes couples grow closer together. It's so wonderful to take such a big step with someone who understands exactly what you are going through. Good luck!

That's so cool that you are embarking on this journey together. My husband and I had ours 15 months apart. If you are like I was, at the end of week 1 I was beginning to feel better. Take care of one another! It's a great journey I am finding out!
