Thats awesome! I dont think there is any set amount to lose in the first few weeks. Everybody is different and can depend on your starting weight. As long as your feeling good and doctor says it good...enjoy!

I did and he said how do u feel am like really it feels wonderful ...I was 306 and now am 2 and now an 283...

It seems to be the consensus that the more fat you have to lose, the faster it comes off in the beginning. I hope it continues it's pace for you!!! Congrats! :)

Ok so its normal....I dont now ...but I feel like its not even true. ..I still can believe it

congratulations... Yes it is normal... I lost my biggest chunks of weight the first 2 months. It does slow down. I have hit a few stalls.... but over all I am real happy.So far! Congratulations again and keep up the good work!
