water

Okay so I just realized today that I have no problem sipping water. Like I can sip right after another. I can drink about 4-5oz no problem. Is that normal? Or am I gonna bust my staples inside

I can bust down some water! I was reading other threads and worrying that I was doing too much but I drunk a lot of water before and even with trying to be cognizant of trying to drink smaller sips I sometimes slip up and chug a bit. It doesnt bother me, if I do it back to back I feel it though. Im thinking if it hurts something it will hurt.
