Wow you look fabulous! This is inspiring! Glad to hear you are happy about your decision! I had

Surgery 3 weeks ago with 246 as my surgery weight. I hope I can do the same. Did you work out alot?

Yes I go to a bootcamp 3 nights a week. It has really helped define my arms.

I slowly shed those last fifteen (to my goal) after one year post op' date=' too, so it's definitely possible! It's much more painfully slow once you have less to lose (or was in my case) but it can happen if you keep working at it.

You look great, congrats on your one year and also on your success in that year!

Yes the weight loss has slowed down significantly at this point. But I'm so close to my goal and I know that eventually I will make it. I am looking into getting a tummy tuck in a couple of months also...my stomach is not pretty lol.

Thanks everyone for your kind and encouraging words. And for those of you that are just beginning your journey - stick with the plan, some days will be hard, but just keep going and eventually you will attain all of your goals!

Congrats. You look fabulous in your sparkley top.

Awesome! Congrats!!!

Wow! You look fantastic! Way to go! Hope I'm as successful...

Congrats to you! You look amazing & beautiful! How tall are you & would post a before pic? Thanks in advance!

Feeling bad. I'm 4 and a half months out and I've lost only about 56 pounds. Several year prior I had the band lost 120 pounds. But four years later I had to take it out because I had hernia. Soon after my weight began creeping up then I got pregnant. 312 post gastric sleeve four plus months I'm down 56 pounds. I feel like unsuccessful and that my weight losd is on a slow progression:(

Don't feel bad you are doing great. My average is less than 10 lbs. a month. Just keep at it and you will eventually get to your goal. 56 pounds in 4 months is really awesome!!

I can't wait to hit 150lbs.!!! Thanks again for your help!
