Yes. My appt w him is on 9-20, they'll do everything in one day. I'm nervous because I'm meeting him 2 wks before surgery. But he came highly recommended. Can we eat anything on our optifast diet or liquids only?

I was told only the 5 Opti-fast products a day. I've been trying already on my own with protein shakes out the store and the hunger headaches have got me around late day. I've done a shake for breakfast lunch and snack with sensible dinner so far that seems ok. I
