  5. Hello there I have the same problem. I asked the bariatric dr. about this and she says it's because of weight loss. She said when we are over weight the weight holds us up better and then when we lose weight we tend to slouch forward. She said it's very common and she said to try to pay attention to our posture and sit and stand straight. It's easier said then done though. I hope it gets better for the both of us.
  6. Ladies regardless of the weight loss. Be very careful on those websites. I met a guy who I thought was a nice guy. Long story short everything about him was a complete lie. I am still sick to my stomach knowing people are out there just praying upon nice people who are genuine and want to meet genuine people. Just be safe and do your home work.

  12. Hello hello hello!!!! It's about time I find a local. I live in Ripon. Would love to chat with you.
  13. Almost seven months out and I still have a problem with plain Water. I get nauseated, bloated and feel very constricted. I love to drink the new freezes at Taco Bell. They don't upset my stomach at all. I know it's not water but it's a little treat for me once in a while.
  14. Beautiful story!!! Thank you for sharing. Sounds like me .
  15. Coming from a large family holidays and gatherings have always been associated with food. This past Easter we had a big picnic with all the great fixings. As I approached the tables it was difficult to look at all the food and not want to eat some of everything. For a brief moment I became resentful. I took a deep breath and reminded my self that even if I could stuff my face with all this great food it would only be a few minutes of pleasure. Compared to the misery I felt being obese, wearing xx t- shirts everyday, looking in the mirror and hating myself. It would not be worth it. Having the surgery does have some challenges, but I truly believe as time goes by your addiction to food does calm down and when you look in the mirror and see the progress you have made then YOU WILL KNOW it was WORTH IT!!
  16. Good for you!! I am sure that was difficult, but that donut isn't worth it. : )
  17. Thank you for sharing your story. May God be with you in this difficult time and give you the peace of knowing he is with you and will get you through this. Your sleeve is a blessing!!
  18. I had my surgery Oct 2013. I am down 63 lbs. Mine has came off slow then fast then slow then fast. Don't worry keep up the good work. It will come off.
