16 months and counting...

Hi everyone, sorry I have been away for so long. My weight loss is still progressing although it has slowed down. I have decided to do a mini-triathlon so I will let you know how that goes. Pants size is down from a 58 to a 40! So, I am very happy but I still have some more weight to get rid of. Here are my numbers.

Sleeved: 12/26/12 @ *422 lbs*

Now: 04/26/14 @ *237*

So, as of this point I am down 185 lbs and have lost almost 44% of my body weight.

Life is good and I am being much more active. Doing lots of walking (bought a FitBit).

I hope everyone is doing great in their journey.
