You need to make your meals count. You are early out so Protein shakes are still a viable option. Greek yogurt (Fage) has lots of protein per ounce also cottage cheese.

Hiya guys...almost a month out...doing fantastic, weight is dropping off but doctor says I need to increase protein..I simply cannot consume more than a few spoonfulls without being completely full. Today I got a B12 shot cause I am wiped out, he says protein will help that..how far along were you guys when you started to be able to eat like 6 ounces? any help would be greatly appreciated..thanks !!!
