Hello I am 5 months post op gastric sleeve surgery I am down 72 pounds and thrilled about that I'm still struggling with some foods and getting enough protein as I'm sure a lot of you are but anyone contemplating the surgery don't hesitate it was one of the best things that happened to me I am so thankful
