I made it, liquified it in a Magic Bullet and ate it with everything...eggs, chicken, refried beans...so yummy and fresh!

my nut said we could have salsa at 3 weeks out i think u will be ok i had diced tomato the other day and i was ok.

I wondered the same thing the other day while eating eggs at a restaraunt. Hubby wouldn't let me have it cuz it was more like pico di gallo and Im not sposed to have fresh veggies for another 3 weeks (8 weeks). I really wanted it too.

I sure miss salads...

Wow, in reading the different threads, I've come to realize that all the doctors that do this surgery are SO different in how they have their patients eat afterward. I know that each patient is different, but the pre and post diets are extremely different by comparison! My doctor is one of the best in the country, so I have to trust his orders, I guess.... I'm so ready to eat regular food, I was from day 2!

Yes, I miss salads so much, too! And strawberries!
