Stalled forever, should I start over?

I haven't lost any weight in about a month so I'm wondering to give this stall a little kickstart should I just go back to liquid protein for a little bit? This is only my second month out and I haven't lost weight since the first 3 weeks.

I lost last week after a month stall (started at two and a half months) and then again this week. I upped my fluids and my Protein rather than go back to liquids (I never used shakes at any stage as I wanted to be able to eat rather than rely on drinking my protein) so I added in two protein Snacks mid morning and mid afternoon and it appears to have worked.

Check out your protein and Water intake and step up your exercise a bit, give it a couple of weeks and see what happens... but don't despair, this happens and this too will pass...

Ps you already have a great weight loss!!!

I've stalled for a little over 2 weeks now, and I'm about 2 months out too. It seems to be common around this time for some reason. But, your weight loss so far is amazing! In 3 weeks you went down 41 lbs? (maybe partly pre-op too?) Our bodies are probably adjusting and not sure what to do lol If you think about it, it's not possible or healthy to just drop...drop...drop...drop, etc without it stabilizing at some point (at least that's that I keep telling myself :) ) Hopefully soon we will both have more results! Hang in there! :)
