Bad breath

Hi Sleevers!

Has anyone experienced noticeably bad breath since your surgery? I don't know what the issue is. However, this is really a problem for me. I'm to the point where I don't want to get too close to people! Dag nab it!

Your body is in ketosis- you're losing- enjoy it :-)

;-)

Yup same as with Adkins. There's a different chemical reaction going on in your body now. And it gives off the stinkies.

Protein also tends to give you bad breath. I kept a toothbrush and breath spray near me. :)

that is your body burning fat ! Drink plenty of fluids so it can flush and keep some breath mints beside you... all is normal
