  1. Help! I've been unemployed for a year. It's really starting to get to me to the point I'm eating things that I shouldn't. Everyday, I find myself eating more carbs and less protein. I want to get back on track. I'm only 4 months post op and I'm 2 lbs from reaching my 50lb weight loss. Any suggestions?

    Fell off track during the holidays....

    I'm depressed and finding that I am picking up bad eating habits. I really need help to get back of track. Any suggestions?
  3. Oh my goodness! I had difficulty staying on track during the holidays. I'm up 2 lbs. and I'm getting discouraged. I just started Day 45 and I'm in the regular transitional phase of the diet. Any suggestions as to how I can get back on track?
  4. I am five months post and I lost 54 pounds to date. Over the last five days, my stomach has been killing me. I can't eat more than a few tablespoons of food before I feel like I have to throw up. I've also had a lot of sharp pains running throughout my stomach. It's getting to the point where my stomach hurts even when I drink liquids? Has anyone ever felt this way before? I'm really concerned.

    What ya eating tonight?

    Christmas was not good for me. I desperately wanted to eat everything. I actually put on 4 lbs. I'm so mad at myself because it just was not worth it. Now I've got to find a way to get back on track. I'm very impressed with those of you who managed to be disciplined!

    Dealing With My Depression :(

    Thank you for the advice. I think getting out the house and exercising would be helpful. I would be so upset if all of this hard work was wasted. I definitely need to find something positive to refocus my energy (or lack thereof) on.
