Anyone else craving salt?

Everything I can eat on the 2 week post op diet is sweet...chocolate protein shakes, popsicles, jello! I just made me some warm chicken broth and I added a little salt, and man was it good :)

I still say they need to make a steak flavored protein shake!! Beef and chicken broth definitely helped with the salty cravings!!

Broth should be a requirement for pre and post op. The body needs salt to survive.
