Post Op 5 days & hurting & worried. Please Help!

I had single incision done on Aug 6th. I was instructed to be on a clear liquid diet for 7 days, I was doing fine til yesterday which was a loooong day of traveling home. I 1st felt a little lite headed. It felt as though I haven't eaten enough to sustain me. I'm afraid to eat or drink anything unless it's clear. More so because of harm I maybe doing to my new stomach. Single incision is done through the belly button and I'm verrrry sore today but it maybe due to tightening my stomach muscles for 3 hrs during flight as I was freezing my incision area is sore which is probably normal. Today I feel like my stomach is in knotts and cramps when drinking & stomach is the most sore it has been so far I feel weak and would like to drink protein shakes I had pre op. Please give me your feed back on your experience.
