Finally got a surgery date!

Hello, my name is Patti. I just joined this site, I thought I could find some valuable information. I cannot make the support meeting due to my work schedule. I am scheduled for my surgery Sept. 16th and am so excited. I have had a 6 month wait due to my inusrance. Well, I just wanted to get started on here and I look forward to reading about everyones expierences and I hope to learn a lot and maybe meet some people. :D

    When did you start your six month process. I started in May and was wondering when will my six month be. I also have to do the six month process due to insurance.

    I started in February. Visits with my primary doctor counted as part of my 6 months. I did have to wait an extra month but this was because I had to use a C-Pap machine for an extra 30 days. So if you started in May I would think you could be scheduled anytime after October. Just make sure you make all your appointments that they schedule you for.
