Throwing Away Old Weight Loss Journals

I just threw away 4 years of weight loss journals.

Pictures here: http://greeknugget.blogspot.com/

It's a freeing experience but it's also sad and scary. How do I prove I really fought to get to this place? It feels like throwing away really hard work.

Anyone else have these kind of weight watcher logs and personal tracking diaries? Are you keeping them?

I do and actually did not throw out the books and cookbooks I gave them to a friend doing the program now. I also purchased new Bariatric cookbooks to replace the ones given away.

I wish I had one. At 8 months out I can not remember clearly the early days. I would like to know exactly what I had been eating and how much weight I lost each week. But all that time has passed and I truly regret.
