PreOp Diet Woes

I'm on day 5 on my diet where I'm allowed 2 shakes, 2 Protein Snacks, && a veggie && meat meal. It's been a struggle but that's nothing compared to the headaches && feeling totally out of it. The good news is my surgery was moved up 1 day && now having it on the 13th.

Anybody else feeling this way? And how did you fix it?

make sure you are getting enough water, dehydration will give you those feelings. If you are eating the stuff you list you should be getting enough protein so I was definitely suspect dehydration. Good Luck.

It get better. Day 8 now. Day 5~6 I felt much better.
