  1. Has anyone had revision? I'm considering it. What's the process like. I'm 2 years out almost in August.
  2. Thanks to both of you! I'd love to get some names of some WLS vloggers. I'd love some people to watch.
  3. Hey guys. I'm one year out and 110 pounds down. I'm doing really well, but I've been stalled for about a six of these months. I lost motivation and spent the past months floating between 215 and 206. Now I'm down to 203 after a month of pushing from 215 but I can't do this alone. I decided to start a YouTube channel and make weekly videos for weightloss. I'd love if you guys would get involved and just tell me how you're doing and stuff on my videos so I can be motivated and know I have people out there with me who know what I went through and what I'm going through. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_POHG-CU0k&list=UURGzbnHNdCqQ8SbGPA_rMDA Here's my first video. There's going to definitely be more to come. I need to hit 160 and I know I can't do it without your support. So please subscribe and chat with me! Oh, and in December I'm giving money away.
  4. Yummy, I've had that problem before. Purees don't leave you feeling full. You're most likely fine, because you're new and your stomach is still healing. Lyn, I would check with my doctor but he's all the way back home. I'm in Austin TX and he's in NJ. I don't take my omeprazole now but maybe I could call? I don't even know.
  5. Thanks for the reply. I'm really just so beat right now.
  6. Hey all, So I have a big problem. I'm 8 months out, and I can eat plenty. For example, I can eat two whole tacos and be fine. Then 10 minutes later I can eat again. It's getting to be a really big problem. Also, I'm ALWAYS hungry. So I decided today I'm going to do the preop diet again just to get back on track. What do you guys think I should do? I just hit my highest weight of 214 and I was so proud to be at 206 :/
  7. Strom's office is amazing. Also, Bayshore is an amazing hospital. So clean.
  8. Preop: 313 Current: 207 Total Lost: 106 Surgery Date: 8/13/2013
  9. Had the same experience as Laura. Totally was swollen and not up for much. I remember within two weeks I went from 290 something to 270. I remember being floored. Haha. I went down a whole size. 4 months later I'm now 100 pounds down and determined for it to continue.
  10. Hahaha. awww, thank you! I really appreciate it. I'm gonna be putting out more videos, so make sure to subscribe! I'm also gonna do a few giveaways, soon.
  11. I certainly hope so! I'm so close I can taste it. 100 pounds was a blur. I'm hoping to make the last 60 wish they NEVER messed with me.
  12. Thank you so much! I appreciate it. Hoping by my 6 month to be at 160~170. Time to put in WORK. Thank you! I have no idea. Never tried. It's definitely been a trip. I'm using my lower weight to take advantage of my higher mobility. I NEED to exercise, you know? It's a must now. I can't go back. I realize I'm lucky. I just hope I'm lucky when it comes to my body in other areas, you know? I'm one of the lucky few that has never gotten sick. Thank you! I'm hoping to keep the success and keep it off for life.
  13. So, I just hit 100 pounds down today. So happy of the progress I've made. To top it all off, I made a NSV, running a whole mile, and in under 12 minutes, too. I don't think I've done that ever, even in middle school. Pictures in my gallery, yall
  14. Will posted a blog entry in Will's Blog
Hey friends! I made a new video for my channel. Please check it out!
  15. Congratulations! It's an amazing life choice. one of the best ones I've ever made.
  16. That's horrible! I'm sorry!
  17. I wasn't told this, but they shaved my stomach during surgery. Lol
  18. You're going to have a pulse oximeter on. You can't have nail polish on or it won't be able to read the percentage of oxygen in your blood.
  19. Frozen Yogurt tends to be very sugary or carb heavy. From my experience, greek yogurt was what I was told to get for my preop. Very Protein heavy. Now, I love Greek Yogurt. It's delicious to me. I wouldn't do Froyo, get Dannon Lite n Fit Greek Yogurt. So good!
  20. Sounds good. I think she means it'd be a strong trigger for her.
