Introducing myself

Hello My Name is Amy I am starting the process to get vsg surgery in December because thats when I will have a break from school.

I have lost 7.3 lbs towards my 5% weightloss goal for the surgery. On July 1 I weighed 314.5 last weigh 307.2.

My mom died almost 2 yrs ago and I do not want to end like she did.
