5'2, starting weight 206, now 143...here's a pic

  • Popular Post

Hi guys and gals! I'm not big into before and after pics. I'm only posting this to help the newbies who may have been at my height and starting weight. It would of been helpful to me in the beginning. I am seven months out. I am only posting a side pic, because I don't want the front of of my big fat face showing on the interwebz. Hehe. My pants in the after shot are getting a bit baggy now...but anyhow, here it is. I still have about 18 lbs to goal.

I'm 5'3". Started at 220, and want to get to 140 at least. I'm half way there and am about 2.5 months post-surgery. I hope I look as good as you when I get to 140! YOU ROCK!!

You are right, it is helpful thank you. I'm almost 5'2 and right about your start weight. I am having issues with insurance and my "not good enough" comorbidities at present due to my fluctuating BMI over the last 2 years. Still ready to fight the good fight as I am convinced I will feel so much better, and I know me best.;-)

Omg you look great I started at 206 so its nice to see someone I can relate to. Are you working out or just diet?

Awesome! Congrats!

Sleeved 6/5 and 64 down today. Started at 256. 5' 4". Age 54. Eating very little carbs. Still at 1/4 cup per meal

Honestly' date=' you looked great in your before picture. I'm surprised that you decided on surgery at such a low weight. Anyways, congrats because you look fantastic![/quote']

That's 80 lbs she needed to lose. Thats hard to lose and keep off. My husband and I needed to each lose the same and after years of failing, we went ahead with the surgery too. Look at my pics in my gallery at 222 and 5'6 or my husband at around 275 and 6 feel tall. Ours are front facing too. We are overweight with 80-90 lbs to lose.
