Newbie question

So I've been eating a few things and sometimes I will get major pain with my stomache like 3 times in a row. Do you guys get this when you over eat or reflux? I'm thinking it's not stopping in enough time

I would like to answer your question, but don't understand the circumstances. Are you throwing up after you eat? Do you get stomach pain after you eat? Does this happen every time you eat? Do you eat slowly? My guess is that you are eating too much, but as I said, I don't have a very good feel for your situation. If you are overeating, try slowing down your eating speed. Have a bite and wait a bit before having another one, paying attention to how you feel with each bite. You may feel full or get other signs that you have had enough. Some people burp or hiccup when full. Paying attention will help you figure out how much is enough for you.
