10 weeks and can barely eat

I'm 10 weeks out and am finding myself able to eat less and less. Still struggling with nausea too. Feeling down.

I'd check in with your Dr. At 10 weeks out life should be getting easier for you not more difficult. How much are you eating a day? Protein and calorie wise? I've not had any nausea and can eat my serving size of protein. I shoot for 90g of protein and under 900 cals a day and have no problem hitting those numbers. Hope they figure it out for you.

Thanks! I'm definitely not getting in my protein. Literally the only thing I can get in is soup, mostly broth.

Think you have some narrowing? My doc said if you do, it's an easy fix. They will do another endoscopy and stretch the tube that drains your stomach a little. Apparently this is not too uncommon. I'm sorry you've had to go through this. Call your doctor.

Call your doc.

I have had nausea due to acid. My PPIs are starting to make that better.

Some days for me are better than others, but I still eat a very little bit at a time. Annoying since I can barely get in my calories and Protein.... I still supplement with a Protein Drink.

I also had another EGD done. Nothin' was found on me. I wish they would have upped the PPIs before they wanted the EGD....

Good luck!

Thanks! I'll call tomorrow. I'm also finding myself struggling with water and getting dehydrated.

I am 5 weeks out and having similar issues. I feel as if the only time my body is happy is when I have an empty stomach. Keep your spirits up, I'm seeing my dr this week and am hopeful there's a resolution. the only fluid that also doesn't make sick is crystal light fruit punch or unsweetened tea. When I eat I'm instantly nauseous and miserable. Hoping your feeling better soon!!!!
