Lol. I wasn't nervous until this morning when my fiancé and I were making plans for something and I realized that my preop diet starts in just about 2 weeks. That's when it hit home that its going to happen and happen soon. I think I'm more nervous about how I'm going to manage on a 2 week liquid diet without killing anymore more than I am about the actual surgery.

What Bout you? You must be so anxious to get a date already!

Yes I know the 2 week liquid diet is scary:( I also feel like I have been eating really badly lately because im trying to enjoy what is likely to be the last time I will be eating no no foods! I am currently about 347lbs 5"7 height..and hope to lose about 175lbs!!! Its gonna be a long road!

I agree, my eating the past week has been awful. I'm so disgusted with myself for it. I'm at 265 and about 5'8. I'd love to lose about 100lbs.

Hi ladies! So funny I just came across this. I am on Long Island and have been to 4 information sessions over the last few weeks. I still haven;t chosen a surgeon, but I have an appointment with Dr. Angstadt and with Dr. Gadaleta. I figure two opinions is worth it since I am still bouncing back and forth between sleeve and band. Good luck everyone!!
