Clear liquids: what protein drinks does that include?

We are supposed to be on Clear Liquids the first week. However we are allowed unjury plain and unjury chicken. I assume that means any plain whey isolate like Now foods unflavored etc are ok since they dissolve clear in Water yes?

How about syntax fruity favors like fuzzy navel? Are those clear? I ordered that before we left home so not sure what it looks like or whether it qualifies. Would welcome other ideas for clear Proteins drinks as well. Thanks!

I was given fuzzy navel in the hospital the day after surgery. Syntax with water was considered clear liquids with my Dr.
