Beans.... Protein or Carb

I have been counting my beans as protein. Am I wrong?

Both! They are a healthy source of protein and carbs.

With food, it's best to stop viewing them as "Protein" "Carb" and "Fat," but rather their individual macronutrient components. Websites like MyFitnessPal help you look at it that way.

You look great! Someone already stated the right answer: they're both, but good carbs. I hope I have your success, you are looking fabulous girl!

They are a relatively higher carb protein source (compared with meat or soy protein), but they are tasty and have lots of good fiber. :) some people subtract fiber to get net carbs.
