The Slider Trap!

Has anyone found themselves turning to known slider foods just so that you can eat something that is easy?? I feel like i am playing with fire and I need some good advice or a kick in the behind here!

I have, but I tracked it. I have had so much trouble eating and I am pretty sure I need to be dilated, that after a good hard work out, I am starving. I make sure I have whole grain crackers pre-measured or a few mini-saltines with a bit of Peanut Butter.

I don't want to make that a habit so I now have beef Jerky (1/2 ounce cut into fingernail clipping sized pieces), almonds (1/2 ounce), babybel cheese, mandarin orange cups, etc. in my purse or in the car cooler so that I can grab something that has value.

It's a slippery slope and no carbs = little to no cravings for me.
