Cigna insurance and 30 day?!?!

So I have a large mass and the doc is going to remove this mass and do a gastric sleeve. Insurance is making me wait 30 days. Help

Anyone have this issue,

    Did they give a reason why? It's not their typical waiting period for bariatric surgery, so that's good.
